Refund Policy

  • Your subscription will be enabled within 48 to 72 hours on completion of your regulatory requirements, if any, post receipt of your payment. If it is delayed, you will be informed with the proper reason for the delay.
  • In case of pre-mature termination of the RA services by either the user/subscriber/client or the RA, the client shall be entitled to seek a refund of proportionate fees only for the unexpired period. The refund will be on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period for which services are not to be provided due to closure of services, after adjustment of any discounts given and taxes paid.
  • The user/subscriber/client will provide a request through his/her/their registered Email ID for pre-mature termination of the RA services and subsequent refund. The refund period will start after reception of such Email and subsequent verification by RA.
  • In case of pre-mature termination of RA services by RA, the RA will send an Email to the user/client/subscriber to his/her/their registered Email ID. The refund period starts from the date the Email is sent by RA.
  • In case your subscription is suspended due to any reason, including but not limited to violation of terms of use, privacy policy, and in the event your suspension is revoked, there will not be any extension of the period for the loss due to suspension.
  • The refund will only be transferred into the bank account of the concerned user/subscriber/client, provided he/she/they provide correct bank account/UPI details through the registered Email ID.
