Service Agreement

I/We have read all Terms & Conditions, Disclaimers and Disclosures, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy mentioned on this website and accept all the terms contained within, without any modification whatsoever.

I/We have read and understood all the terms and conditions applicable to a research analyst as defined under regulation 2(1)(u) of the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, including the fee structure.

I/We are subscribing to the research services for our own benefits and consumption, and any reliance placed on the research report provided by research analyst shall be as per our own judgement and assessment of the conclusions contained in the research report.

I/We understand that –

  • Any investment/trading made based on the recommendations in the research report are subject to market risk;
  • Recommendations in the research report do not provide any assurance of returns;
  • There is no recourse to claim any losses incurred on the investments/trading made based on the recommendations in the research report.

I/We understand that by checking the “By Proceeding, I agree to Terms & Conditions, Disclaimers and Disclosures, Privacy Policy, Service Agreement, Refund Policy any other conditions mentioned on this website, Checkbox, or by using the site (including any content provided therein), or registered account, I/We agree to be bound by this service agreement. In absence of acceptance of this service agreement in its entirety, I/We may not access or use RA services. I also authorize the RA or its associates to call me even if my number is registered in DND.

I/We agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that I/We am/are not authorised to use, or disclose my/our password or user name to any other person, or allow my/our password or user name to be used by any other person to access the Services.

I/We declare that I am at least 18 years old and possessing all documents as required for KYC compliances.

I/We are responsible for safeguarding my/our passwords and agree not to directly or indirectly share your subscription, user name or password or any other credentials with any third party or parties or persons. I/We agree that I/We shall be solely responsible for any activities or actions under my/our password, whether or not I/We have authorized such activities or actions.

I/We shall immediately notify Research Analyst of any unauthorized use of my/our password.

I/We agree and declare the information provided to us on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

• The RA declares that:

  • We are duly registered with SEBI as an RA pursuant to the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and its registration number is INH000019008 (Registration Date: 10/12/2024);
  • We have registration and qualifications required to render the services contemplated under the RA Regulations, and the same are valid and subsisting;
  • Research analyst services provided by us do not conflict with or violate any provision of law, rule or regulation, contract, or other instrument to which it is a party or to which any of its property is or may be subject;
  • The maximum fee that may be charged by RA is as per prevailing SEBI regulations;
  • The recommendations provided by RA do not provide any assurance of returns;
  • We are not engaged in any additional professional or business activities, on a whole-time basis or in an executive capacity, which interfere with/influence or have the potential to interfere with/influence the independence of research report and/or recommendations contained herein.
  • We reserve the right to change the contents of this website without notice including the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclosures and Disclaimer under which the Service is offered. However, at all times the SEBI regulations will be adhered.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any user/subscriber/client account (including username and password) if any Personal Information is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete.
  • We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any user/subscriber/client account (including username and password) if he/she/they share login credentials with third parties, your account accessed from multiple locations and/or IP addresses, or any other misuse of the account.
